Als Lead Platform Engineer im Customer Success entwickelst und implementierst du Integrationen zwischen unserem Produkt meshStack und komplexen Enterprise-Systemlandschaften unserer Kunden. Du arbeitest hands-on in produktiven Cloud-Umgebungen, baust wiederverwendbare Building Blocks und sorgst dafür, dass interne Plattformen technisch sauber, skalierbar und nachhaltig wachsen. Du strukturierst Integrationsprojekte, berätst Kunden bei technischen Entscheidungen und übernimmst End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Umsetzung.

Dein Fokus liegt klar auf Engineering-Exzellenz — im direkten Kundeneinsatz.

Deine Mission

Du stellst sicher, dass meshStack nahtlos in bestehende Enterprise-Architekturen integriert wird – performant, sicher und skalierbar.

  • Konzeption und Implementierung von Integrationen zwischen meshStack und Enterprise-Systemen wie IAM, ITSM, SIEM oder Governance-Tools
  • Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Erweiterungen sowie wiederverwendbarer Building Blocks
  • Einsatz von Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Terraform / OpenTofu) zur Implementierung produktionskritischer Setups in Cloud-Umgebungen
  • Strukturierung von Integrationsprojekten und Übernahme der End-to-End-Verantwortung für Scope, Umsetzung und Qualität
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Plattform-Teams und Cloud-Architekt:innen auf Kundenseite
  • Sicherstellung der Wartbarkeit, Dokumentation und Skalierbarkeit von Integrationen
  • Abstrahierung kundenspezifischer Lösungen in generische Patterns
  • Entwicklung von Best Practices für Integrationen und strukturierte Rückspiegelung von Anforderungen ins Produktteam
  • Entwicklung strukturierter Jahres- und Projektplanungen mit dem Kunden
Must Haves
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Plattform-, DevOps- oder Cloud Engineering mit direktem Kundenkontakt oder beratender Tätigkeit
  • Umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung mit mindestens einer großen Cloud-Plattform (AWS, Azure oder GCP)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Terraform / OpenTofu)
  • Erfahrung mit Container-Technologien wie Kubernetes
  • Erfahrung in der Integration von Enterprise-Systemen (IAM, ITSM, Governance etc.)
  • Eigenständige Umsetzung technischer Projekte mit klarer Ownership
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (C2) und fließendes Englisch (C1)
  • Du bringst echtes Interesse an Menschen mit und setzt dich für ein respektvolles, wertschätzendes Miteinander ein – unabhängig von Herkunft, Identität oder Hintergrund.
Nice-to-haves
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud Governance-Mechanismen (z. B. AWS IAM/SCPs, Azure Policies)
  • Kenntnisse souveräner Cloud-Plattformen (StackIT, OVH, Tencent)
  • Kenntnisse von IT-Sicherheitsstandards (z. B. ISO 27001)
  • Cloud-Zertifizierungen (z. B. AWS Professional, Google Professional Cloud Architect)
  • Beiträge zu Open-Source-Projekten oder technischen Communities

Do what you love
As a Lead Platform Engineer in Customer Success, you develop and implement integrations between our product meshStack and complex enterprise system landscapes of our customers. You work hands-on in production cloud environments, build reusable building blocks, and ensure that internal platforms grow in a technically clean, scalable, and sustainable way. You structure integration projects, advise customers on technical decisions, and take end-to-end responsibility for implementation.

Your focus is on engineering excellence — directly in customer-facing projects.

Your Mission

You ensure that meshStack is seamlessly integrated into existing enterprise architectures — performant, secure, and scalable.

  • Design and implement integrations between meshStack and enterprise systems such as IAM, ITSM, SIEM, or governance tools
  • Develop customer-specific extensions as well as reusable building blocks
  • Apply Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform / OpenTofu) to implement production-critical setups in cloud environments
  • Structure integration projects and take end-to-end responsibility for scope, implementation, and quality
  • Collaborate closely with customer platform teams and cloud architects
  • Ensure maintainability, documentation, and scalability of integrations
  • Abstract customer-specific solutions into reusable patterns
  • Develop best practices for integrations and provide structured feedback to the product team
  • Create structured annual and project plans together with customers
Must Haves
  • Several years of experience in platform, DevOps, or cloud engineering, with direct customer contact or advisory responsibilities
  • Extensive hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform / OpenTofu)
  • Experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes
  • Experience integrating enterprise systems (IAM, ITSM, governance tools, etc.)
  • Proven ability to independently execute technical projects with clear ownership
  • Native-level German (C2) and fluent English (C1)
  • A genuine commitment to fostering a culture of care, respect, and empathy, welcoming and supporting all individuals regardless of background or identity
Nice-to-haves
  • Experience with cloud governance mechanisms (e.g., AWS IAM/SCPs, Azure Policies)
  • Knowledge of additional cloud platforms (e.g., StackIT, OVH, Tencent)
  • Familiarity with IT security standards (e.g., ISO 27001)
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Professional, Google Professional Cloud Architect)
  • Contributions to open-source projects or participation in technical communities
